Our Upper Franconian campus is located in the family-friendly university and festival city of Bayreuth, which boasts affordable living space, short distances, a rich history and cultural attractions. In the Bayreuth region, strong innovation and research institutions meet an efficient SME economy.
The Bayreuth campus has been used by TenneT since the beginning of 2018 and is located on the northern edge of Bayreuth. An open-plan office concept consisting of more than 1,200 state-of-the-art workstations offers plenty of space for creativity and collaboration.
All employees can pick any workspace. In addition to conference and meeting rooms with IT equipment for telephone and video conferences, there are also various places to retreat to, such as think tanks for tasks requiring strong focus. A special kind of work atmosphere that is in line with TenneT’s principles: we promote open communication at work to achieve the best possible results.
The opening of the new TenneT office in Lehrte will further reinforce the business location. In addition to providing local jobs, the establishment of a leading company in the energy industry also promotes innovative projects in the region. The new building provides space for around 500 modern workstations and is part of TenneT’s expansion in northern Germany.
