Personal development

The third and last column of each Trainee program which takes 10% of your working time is the personal development. During each assignment the whole Trainee group gets introduced to a new development topic. Those are communication, advisory skills and personal effectiveness. In several sessions you are introduced to the theory, dig deeper with your fellow Trainees and put it all into practice with and actor as well as in your daily work with individual challenges. Next to that you have the chance to individually learn and improve soft and hard skills by choosing courses from our TenneT Academy. Thanks to the close ties with the other Trainees you will also learn from them by sharing you experiences and thoughts.
