The weekly working time is 32 hours . Location can be Arnhem (NL) or Bayreuth (GE). As the People unit, we want to help TenneT meet the challenges of the future and drive forward the energy transition. TenneT is growing fast to realize its strategic ambitions. To step up TenneT's performance of the People unit in a fast changing organisational context, TenneT’s People unit is looking for a Project Management Office coordinator with experience in installing and supporting program- and project management.

Your contribution to TenneT

The main responsibility of the Coordinator is the further development of program- and project management governance and structures to transform the people unit. The Coordinator plays a pivotal role to increase the project management competence within the PPL unit by providing pro-active best in class support to manage progress, risks and quality of our improvement initiatives.

The realization of the strategic initiatives (incl. financial- and resource planning is the integral responsibility. The Coordinator is responsible to support by:

  • Support project managers and guide them in using the TenneT standards
  • Maintain and improve our project management toolkit
  • Makes sure the monthly reports are gathered and consolidated
  • Alignment with TenneT’s corporate project management standards and project management tooling to ensure project management standards stay up to date.
  • Create transparency on Interdependencies and risks on unit level and proposes mitigating actions in alignment with the IT portfolio manager and/or Head of Strategy and Analytics

Your Profile and background

  • You have a HBO or university education in the area of business administration. Alternatively, you possess a comparable qualification.
  • Relevant work experience as a project manager or project management officer. Preferably in the context of (HR) transformation programs
  • You have an affinity with process management (optimization) and change management
  • Experience with Prince II and Agile/Scrum project standard. And practical experience with Office tool (MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint) and Project management software like Jira, Trello or Monday
  • You have good English talking & writing skills
