Your Tasks and Responsibilities

The offshore grid portfolio is going to triple in terms of Gigawatt in the next ten years. In your role as a Business Management Advisor you will enable Grid Field Operations Offshore (GFO-O) to cope with that growth by enriching the strategic decision making with your business analyses

  • By increasing the planning and forecast accuracy on a short, mid and long term perspective you help identifying improvement areas to ensure operational and business excellence
  • You will establish new and enhance existing business reports, in order to...
...gain insights on the organisation's performance
...measure GFO-O's strategic target achievement
challenge the strategic direction of GFO-O
  • You define and setup data streams and familiarize yourself with TenneT's analysis and reporting tool environment
  • Next to this you will facilitate transparency by closely liaising with other teams, departments and units
  • We will do our best that you can grow and develop and have fun working with us!

Your Profile

  • Academic degree in a quantitative field, engineering (industrial, electrical or mechanical) or comparable
  • Expert in data analysis, visualization, and communication
  • Familiar with setting up easy-to-read reports as well as developing dashboards
  • Very advanced skills in Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel (VBA), Access (VBA) and PowerPoint, and comfortable with SQL
  • Relevant working experience in reporting and business analyses preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to quickly assimilate complex topics in both, operative and strategic environments
  • Willed to find weaknesses in the system and working out solutions independently
  • Fluent in English plus Dutch or German
