Your Tasks and Responsibilities

We are looking for an Senior Operations Readiness & Excellence Specialist (m/f/d) for our unit Grid Field Operations Offshore

  • Your main task is the development and implementation support of operational readiness strategies and concepts to facilitate and drive operational readiness excellence, e.g., long-time autonomous operation (LAO)
  • Development and implementation of operational excellence tools and techniques and support their ongoing use and quantify their results based on TenneT guidelines is also part of your job
  • You drive the Cross-Area standardization and harmonization by frequent reportings within relevant committees and cross-area lessons learned and knowledge transfer
  • You identify or create key performance indicators which measure performance and drive improvements
  • Professionalize teams through actively engaging with individuals is of paramount importance to promote strategies, tactics, and tools
  • Contracting and implementing performance-based operational frame contracts are further tasks
  • You comply with TenneT Safety Leadership mindset and the safety, health, and environmental policies, practices, and procedures of TenneT

Your Profile

  • This position requires a degree (Master or similar) in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • You have relevant professional experience (ideally within the energy and/or offshore sector)
  • Experience in Operations Management and Business Excellence is desirable
  • Prior experience with change management and process deployment as well as with SCRUM and agile processes is beneficial
  • Excellent skills in the area of Stakeholder Management distinguishes you
  • Knowledge and experience with Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods, approaches and tools, including strategic management and project management is desirable
  • You are a well-organised problem solver with great analytical skills and a good understanding of key figures
  • Fluency and strong communication skills in English and German is mandatory
  • This position requires a medical pre-screening regarding the AWMF standard
