This will be your workplace

You will be working in the Digital & Process Excellence (DPE) department (approx.. 40 fte). The goal of this department is to accelerate, inspire and support TenneT's transformation towards digital and process excellence. The team is partly located in Arnhem (NL), Lehrte (DE) and Bayreuth (DE). Exchange of knowledge within the team is key. Therefore it is expected to travel to Germany/Netherlands 2-6 times a year.

Your contribution to TenneT

As senior Advisor your focus will be on process topics and end-to-end process optimization of reducing high lead times and complex interfaces within our Asset Chain. We are part of the energy transition and the targets are changing constantly.
You will set up, facilitate, manage and control the end-to-end process chain including information flows and user-centric design.

Your responsibilities are for example:

  • Coaching the business units towards lean and digital end-to-end processes optimisation to meet TenneT’s growth targets;
  • Advising and supporting the units in design, documentation and maintenance of processes;
  • Agile Way-of Working together with our internal clients, to further improve, strengthen cooperation and expand delivery capabilities in a dynamic surrounding;
  • Ramp up- management and co-creation together to transform end-to-end processes to higher maturity.

Your Profile and background

  • Successfully completed a technical or business university education or an similar one;
  • Profound working experience within Transformation, Lean and or Business Process Management techniques, processes and systems;
  • Proven track record in (internal) consulting projects to ensure best practice- transfer and cross-industry innovation to inspire the business;
  • Experience to advise, set up and apply process improvement techniques like lean management in an organization;
  • Strong hands-on process improvement skills: demonstrable and able to lead improvement and transformation projects;
  • You are structured, hands-on, driven, result-oriented, have good advice skills and are a team player;
  • Mobility and openness to work in international teams here we expect good verbal and written expression skills in English and German or Dutch.

At the moment we work 100% from home. However, as soon as we are allowed to return to the office, you will work at the office for approximately 2 days and 3 days from home.
