TenneT is growing fast to realize its strategic ambitions. We play a leading role in driving the energy transition. We are looking for a passionate Quality and Process Advisor who will contribute to this and that might be you?
Your contribution to TenneT
- In this position you are responsible for the overall coordination of the quality and process management activities within the department
- You professionalize and harmonize quality-related processes along the asset chain initiative and take responsibility to provide the design quality checkpoints, define related checks and measures, incl. mitigation and you set documentation requirements
- You analyze the quality of the Asset Chain activities and provide quality reports based on meaningful KPIs as foundation for strategic developments related to the topic
- You integrate processes of the department into the end-2-end processes of TenneT, track-and-trace process maturity and continuous improvement activities within the department and analyze process performance
- You provide process performance reports based on meaningful KPIs as foundation for strategic development of the department
Your Profile and background
- This position requires a university degree in Electrical Engineering. Alternatively you have a comparable qualification
- Relevant experience in risk & portfolio requirements, especially quality management is desirable
- In addition you have a Lean management certificate
- The capability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization is required for this function
- You have a willingness to travel between TenneT's locations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or German are necessary to communicate with our colleagues
