Quality Manager Asset Technology (m/f/d)

Duty station for this function is Arnhem (NL), Bayreuth (GER) or Lehrte (GER).


  • You coordinate the business support activities for the entire department, where necessary aligning with other units within the Asset Management and whole TenneT
  • You are responsible for adequate and up to date processes, you take care of proper implementation of these department processes Asset Technology within the unit. You capture these processes in TenneT's systems like Adonis
  • One of your tasks is to take care of further development and implementation of LEAN, and you are responsible for process optimization
  • You take over the knowledge management, and take care of proper knowledge sharing between the different teams. You will act as key-user for sharepoint
  • You align closely with other teams to gather the relevant input for quarterly and annual financial planning and other relevant quarterly reports, and assist on Asset Technology resource planning and onboarding process
  • You take care of regular input on Asset Technology relevant developments and successes in order be shared to relevant stakeholders
  • You coordinate Asset Technology representation in internal and external bodies and institutions

  • You have an MSc degree in business administration and carry academic thinking and working skills. Alternatively you have a comparable qualification
  • You have a proven affinity with electrical engineering, power engineering and/or grid planning and you are experienced in working in a technical environment
  • You have solid work experience in process management and have knowledge about the ISO 55000 asset management standard and ISO9001 for quality management
  • Experience in improving lean processes is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are required and preferably you are familiar with the Dutch and/or German language
  • You are creative, take initiative, and are able to work independently as well as in a team. You are able to pro-actively advise the Head of the unit
